Scope

These terms apply to BankingMCP, a service by Escher Consulting GmbH.

The service

BankingMCP connects your bank accounts to AI assistants via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Access is read-only. BankingMCP is not a bank and doesn't make payments.

Trial and subscription

New accounts get a 7-day free trial. After that, the service costs €5 per month and renews monthly until cancelled.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime in your account. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

Your responsibilities

Keep your MCP address private and only connect assistants you trust. You're responsible for how connected assistants use your data.

Liability

Answers from AI assistants can be wrong. Check important figures in your online banking.

Governing law

German law applies.
