How to connect ING

What this access actually is
- Read-only. Your assistant can list accounts, read balances and search transactions. There is no payment tool in this connection.
- You log in at ING itself. Access runs through finAPI, a PSD2-licensed account information service, and your banking credentials never reach BankingMCP.
- Every assistant gets its own address. Deactivate one and its access to your ING account stops immediately.

- Does BankingMCP support ING?
- Use the check on this page: it searches the live bank directory. If your institution appears there, you can connect it.
- Does my assistant see my ING login?
- No. You log in at ING in its own web form. Neither BankingMCP nor your assistant ever receives your PIN, password or TAN.
- Can my assistant transfer money from my ING account?
- No. The connection is read-only and has no payment tool. Payments are planned as a separate feature, where you approve every transfer in your own banking app.
