- apoBank asks for Alias/apoKennung and PIN at login. You enter them in the bank's own form, not at BankingMCP and not in the chat.
- If you share several accounts at apoBank, your assistant sees all of them. You can add more accounts later with one click.
- Banks ask you to confirm access again after a set period. BankingMCP shows you when the apoBank consent expires; after that you log in once more.

- Read-only. Over MCP your assistant only gets read tools: it can list accounts, read balances and search transactions. There is no payment tool in this connection.
- You log in at apoBank itself. Access runs through finAPI, a PSD2-licensed account information service, and your banking credentials never reach BankingMCP.
- BankingMCP doesn't keep your balances and transactions; it fetches them for each question your assistant asks. Only account details and an access log, kept for 90 days, are stored.
- Every assistant gets its own address. Deactivate one and its access to your apoBank account stops immediately.

- Yes. Connect up to 50 accounts across several banks, personal and business. Your assistant answers across all of them, and the price stays at €5 a month.
- What do I need to log in to apoBank?
- apoBank's own login form asks for: Alias/apoKennung and PIN. You enter them at apoBank, not at BankingMCP and not in the chat.
- Does my assistant see my apoBank login?
- No. You log in at apoBank in its own web form. Neither BankingMCP nor your assistant ever receives your PIN, password or TAN.
- Do I need programming skills to use apoBank with Claude or ChatGPT?
